The company is a recognized market leader in tomato paste production and other range of products like; Seasoning Cube, baking powder, Margarine Yeast, Dough Improver, Preservative, Vitasoy Milk Drink, Vitamax Cereal Drink.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Officer&#8217;s responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports.<\/li>\n<li>You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.<\/li>\n<li>Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Answering customers&#8217; questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.<\/li>\n<li>Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing competitors&#8217; products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Above 5 years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@blumenigeria.com\">careers@blumenigeria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blume Nigeria Limited &#8211; We play a major role in food Industries &amp;. we are one of Nigeria&#8217;s leading tomato paste manufacturers.
