We are flexible, fast, and extremely responsive.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At Esetech Services, you will get the opportunity to challenge your imagination while exploring your creativity through innovative marketing techniques and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will oversee all aspects of the company\u2019s sales and marketing goals, budgets, strategies and effective executive of marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will lead the company\u2019s efforts in customer acquisition, sales promotion across all marketing platforms. The incumbent will be the face and image of Esetech Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on company product and services.<\/li>\n<li>Formulates, directs and execute marketing activities that results in transactional traffic to the company website.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for strategic content development, digital marketing and active social media presence.<\/li>\n<li>Record results and adapt strategy to ensure that the company meets its customer transactional objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and negotiates appropriate marketing tie-ins with outside partners.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in developing marketing strategies in order to optimize profits, balance corporate objectives and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Build, expand and maintain transactional agent network based on company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new sales and transaction channels, including deeper market penetration, and referral programs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review and manage approved marketing budget.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain key KPIs to analyze Sales and Marketing effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Managing the Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers to market Esetech Services.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the financial impact of marketing program utilizing budgets, expenditures, research, return on investment and profit-loss projections.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains positive relationships and communication with customers and key network partners.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps abreast of changes in the community that affects market and industry.<\/li>\n<li>Sets and review weekly goals with the sales staff to assess results of sales related activity.<\/li>\n<li>Manages creative development, proofing and production of all advertising invoices and payments.<\/li>\n<li>Manages all Public Relations activities with media outlets, social media, print media and air media communications.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties, as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND, B.Sc. in Marketing or related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 1-2 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of business development and sales by establishing new sales channels.<\/li>\n<li>Sales team leadership experience.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing experience in a start-up enviromentwill be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a strategic focus as well as a hands-on approach<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Public speaking skills &#8211; ability to make presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think creatively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Active Social Media presence and knowledge of targeted media campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>First-class time management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, results-oriented and able to work in a project-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, with strong decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills both oral and written.<\/li>\n<li>People \/ team management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Concepts and Sales Planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their CV by email to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Recruitment@esetech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recruitment@esetech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job title&#8221; as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>14th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esetech Services is duly registered.
