Don&#8217;t Buy It, Lease It.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head Of Finance And Administration<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and record all financial transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Process all company payments, and manage the payables process.<\/li>\n<li>Process loan disbursements into customers\u2019 accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process payroll on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tax and pension remittance schedules, and ensure timely processing of remittances.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor receivables, and prepare receivables aging reports.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and manage investments in fixed income securities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate and reliable management accounts, and respond to enquiries on the company\u2019s financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare performance reports for the company, sales teams, and the salesforce on a monthly basis, or as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial budgets, and measure performance against budget.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive records of the company\u2019s fixed assets.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and continuously improve the company\u2019s financial systems and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with Banks, Auditors, CBN and other statutory authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Office Admin function.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the procurement process, and ensure timely replacement of office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage 3rd party facility management providers (e.g. cleaners, maintenance engineers etc.), and ensure the company\u2019s office premises and facilities are in good condition and well maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee tele-collections processes, and ensure timely follow-up (via email and telephones) on customers with past due obligations (PDOs).<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty as directed by the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of BSc. or HND degree in Accounting.<\/li>\n<li>MBA or M.Sc. in Accounting or any Finance related field would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess relevant professional qualifications; ACA, ACCA or any other recognized professional qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting packages.<\/li>\n<li>Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS.
