We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Product Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Product Manager handles both product planning and development of open enrollment programmes and executive courses.<\/li>\n<li>This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Head of Programme Development, to deliver winning products.<\/li>\n<li>It also includes working with sales, marketing, and corporate communications to ensure we meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.<\/li>\n<li>The Product Manager\u2019s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the School\u2019s overall strategy and goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We expect the Product Manager to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define product strategy and roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification.<\/li>\n<li>Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Be an expert regarding the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.<\/li>\n<li>Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales tools and collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Brief and train the sales force at regular sales meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Run beta and pilot programmes before the rollout of new products.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a leader within the School.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (MBA preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of four years\u2019 experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a job in the digital learning and executive education market<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lbs.edu.ng\/vacancy\/product-manager\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lagos Business School is committed to creating and transmitting management and business knowledge based on a Christian conception of the human person and of economic activity relevant to Nigeria and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[2650],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Lagos Business School Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
