Willers Solutions Limited is an indigenous firm with cutting edge value proposition geared towards value maximisation.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.<\/li>\n<li>Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage social media profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.<\/li>\n<li>Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation\/limits.<\/li>\n<li>Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 4 years of experience within Real Estate \/ Property Development industry, with at least 3 years in a Luxury Real Estate company<\/li>\n<li>Experience in strategy development within Marketing &amp; Sales for Properties &amp; Real Estate Developments.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar<\/li>\n<li>Preferably lives on the island.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N200,000 &#8211; 250,000 \/ month<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send the CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:ashabi.lawal@willerssolutions.com\">ashabi.lawal@willerssolutions.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the email subject.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Only shortlisted candidates would be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
