IL\u00c8 eros is a destination which tells a story of beautiful designs, trendy flavors, and diverse menu options, We are a true touch of Nigerian luxury.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Cashier<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos,<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a cashier at Eros &amp; Co, you are to assist customers in the in-store check-out process, requesting price checks, honouring coupons, collecting payment and giving appropriate change.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate bookkeeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Receive payments for items bought via transfer or P.O.S<\/li>\n<li>Ensure pricing is correct.<\/li>\n<li>Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.<\/li>\n<li>Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Daily petty cash update &amp; reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.<\/li>\n<li>Keep reports of transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Process returns and check to see if items are damaged.<\/li>\n<li>Answer customers&#8217; questions and get a manager if answer doesn&#8217;t solve the issue.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile daily sales report\/record.<\/li>\n<li>Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2 &#8211; 4 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Proficiency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Math<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Communication\/Written and Verbal Communication<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Product Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Telephone Etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Dispute resolution<\/li>\n<li>Dependability<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Friendliness<\/li>\n<li>Basic (PC) Computer Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Sales<\/li>\n<li>Point of Sale Systems (POS)<\/li>\n<li>Positive Attitude<\/li>\n<li>Punctuality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@ileeros.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@ileeros.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using\u00a0&#8220;Cashier&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IL\u00c9 EROS is a polished casual restaurant that celebrates Nigerian Cuisine.
