Trefoil Networks specializes in Satellite, Internet, Wireless, Fibre , Web and Network Access solutions for individuals, institutions, organizations, governments, businesses, enterprise, Telecom Operators, Media, entertainment Industries and residential home.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Logistics Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The logistics Officer is responsible for making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways<\/li>\n<li>Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule<\/li>\n<li>Review transportation costs to keep working costs low<\/li>\n<li>Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes<\/li>\n<li>Assess the logistics team by reviewing their functions, roles and distributions of tasks and responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>Support and advise on logistic operations<\/li>\n<li>Issue equipment and supplies and maintain updated inventory records<\/li>\n<li>use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle<\/li>\n<li>Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs<\/li>\n<li>Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate reports for upper management<\/li>\n<li>work on new supply strategies<\/li>\n<li>Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible<\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant Degree in Logistic, Transport Management or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar\u00a0 role<\/li>\n<li>Core technical knowledge and understanding of logistic operations<\/li>\n<li>Must Reside in Abuja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies \/ Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forward Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player and leader.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Strong Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Behavioral Qualities\/Other Competences<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Honest and Integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@trefoilnetworks.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@trefoilnetworks.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trefoil Networks is a full-service data communications, e-Solutions and video services provider.
