Provides all support essential and required for the success of the event \/ project<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper post meeting information dissemination<\/li>\n<li>Represent the CEO in meetings<\/li>\n<li>Conducts research on prospective corporate customers to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with customers and prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares PowerPoint and Word Documents electronic files to be disseminated to customers<\/li>\n<li>Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals;<\/li>\n<li>Replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.<\/li>\n<li>coordinates and managing local and international detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas which included compiling of travel documents<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with the general staff on the CEO\u2019s behalf<\/li>\n<li>Provide hospitality and create a welcoming environment to all CEO\u2019s guests<\/li>\n<li>Answer all phone lines\/ correspondence on the desk of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial budget, reimbursements and reconciliation for the office of the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Other projects\/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Arts \/ Social Sciences or related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years&#8217; experience in Administration or related role<\/li>\n<li>Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives<\/li>\n<li>Experience in design and edition of graphic presentations and materials will be added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people including high profile customers, senior executives, community leaders etc will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conducting and presentation of research data in a succinct and well-written manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with validated ability to proofread for spelling and grammar.<\/li>\n<li>Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency and<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>impeccable attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct research and present data<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with professional discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV &amp; Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@flexedge.com.ng\"><strong>careers@flexedge.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the Job Title as the subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlexEdge Limited is a business support services company driven with the desire to enable, empower and enhance organizations with employable talents for ground breaking results.We are recruiting to fill the&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2876],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>FlexEdge Limited Ongoing Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
