We are committed to providing customers satisfaction in products , quality, values and services, maintaining our reputation for quality ,reliability, integrity, promptness and offering employees the opportunity to growth and self development in a secure and stable work environment.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our block and paving stones. The role is a complex one. He will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. He will be well-versed in processes under the role\u2019s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company\u2019s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates<\/li>\n<li>Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Receive complaints and resolve problems<\/li>\n<li>Maintain timekeeping and personnel records<\/li>\n<li>Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit performance reports<\/li>\n<li>Decide on reward and promotion based on performance<\/li>\n<li>Hire and train new employees<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma \/ Certificate in a first-line management or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>SSCE, High school diploma, BSc \/ BA in Management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a supervisor or a relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of product quality control and production.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of machinery Maintenance and repair of QT4-15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@buffalocrete.com\"><strong>recruitment@buffalocrete.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buffalocrete was established 2008 as K&amp;G Industrial Concept Limited.
