We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present, promote and sell products \/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Create a plan for meeting sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to customer leads through cold calling<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide a leadership update on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services through our CRM platform<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, continuously improve through feedback<\/li>\n<li>Weekly report to organizational leadership on (weekly \/ monthly \/ quarterly) sales results<\/li>\n<li>Participate in marketing campaign development to drive sales pipeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years proven work experience in a Sales and Marketing Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office \/ MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated CRM best practices with ability to build productive business professional relationships<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with marketing campaigns with sales conversion of &gt;65%<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing, time management, organizational, relationship management skills and openness to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in technology start up industry (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>BSc \/ BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The following is a monthly compensation package:\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly salary of N100,000 and incentives-based compensation of N140,000 per unit sold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Discretionary Bonus: Following a probationary period of 2 months, you may be eligible for discretionary bonus based on your performance after the first 6 months of employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@dovonixcglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@dovonixcglobal.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dovonixc Global is a family owned business that was established to help fight the spread of airborne diseases with life saving technologies in Africa.
