We are here to revolutionize the process using an integrated, data-driven recollection approach to identify and recover funds from delinquent customers. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Tele &#8211; Loan Recovery Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for Tele-Loan Recovery Officers to maintain a complete debt collection portfolio, and work with delinquent clients to resolve non-performing loans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing the company debtor list.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.<\/li>\n<li>Advising customers on their payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.<\/li>\n<li>Following up with clients on previous payment arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining customer payment records.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to customer queries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting daily progress against targets to the Team Leader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. \/ HND experienced in Banking or any financial field that deal with debt recovery is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with state debt collection laws.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiating skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good listening skills and superb questioning techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary &amp; Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary of 32k NGN per month<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus of fixed percentage of recovered amount (avg. ~50k NGN to 100k NGN)<\/li>\n<li>All in take home usually between 82k NGN &#8211; 132k NGN (If you are good, you make a lot &#8211; if you are not good, then not)<\/li>\n<li>HMO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/workforbfree\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th April, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BFree was founded by digital lending professionals that were deeply unsatisfied with the established debt recovery practices in Nigeria.
