We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Supervisor, Trade and Investment<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search and implement export and import strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the export and import activities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and give professional advice and recommendation to the management in the aspect of foreign trade.<\/li>\n<li>Cordinate all the processes of clearing and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Create a robust follow up calls and emailing of foreign partners.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing best solutons for excellent trade and investment services to attract Foreign Direct investments.<\/li>\n<li>Engagein regular research and reading to stay appraised about the state of the Nigerian economy, global financial markets and general current events.<\/li>\n<li>Making informed financial recommendations and decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive local knowledge, experience and network to strategically partner with foreignmultilateral firms.<\/li>\n<li>Support the strategic approach to business development through coordination of research on issues, clients, partners and competitors and market intelligence gathering.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the development ofnew and maintenance of existing client relationships through interactions with clients at a technical level during the business cylcle.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the identification, assessment and pursuit of new business opportunities, contributing to the analysis of our prospects for winning opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing all our needed materials in the Diaspora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trade and Investment Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For assigned portfolio projects, interface with clients and other project stakeholders to plan, implement, review and report on projects as needed and requested.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to investment project work planning, budgeting, progress and financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Identify corporate risks and support implementation of risk mitigation\/management measures.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical input into the design, planning and delivery of investment projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with 3 &#8211; 5 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sourcing, screening and appraising new investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the entire investment process from origination to exit.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent financial modeling and structuring capabilities, communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and team player attitude, genuine interest in trade and investments in Africa and Diaspora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV with a Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@dekoolar.com\"><strong>careers@dekoolar.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and in copy of:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:anne.okon@dekoolar.com\"><strong>anne.okon@dekoolar.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date: <\/strong>9th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De Koolar Nigeria Limited is a 100% owned indigenous HVAC Company with over two decades of industry experience.
