Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Arca Payments is a payment service provider that aims at empowering banks, financial institutions, developers &amp; SMEs to seamlessly connect to and create innovative solutions for their customers.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop an understanding of the Arca platform and its place in the technology community, identify key opportunities within that community and pursue, persuade and close engagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement defined strategy, operations, and processes for business development team<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently identify and aggressively pursue top prospective clients \/ partners<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to drive decision making<\/li>\n<li>Pitch prospective new clients \/ partners on the phone, at industry events and at in-person meetings<\/li>\n<li>Proactively work to resolve identified technical and operational hurdles in new client \/ partner on-boarding<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate &amp; collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Be a great team player, be sales, revenue and cost focused, disciplined in process, and a highly effective internal &amp; external communicator across all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND \/ HND or bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Sales and Marketing background with Technical skills a plus<\/li>\n<li>MSc\/ MBA is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 of which must be leading a high performing team.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in marketing or sales required in FMCG, retail, payments, banking, PTSP, POS Acquiring, e-commerce experience a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong personal presence, demonstrated in a partner\/customer facing role<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to be relentlessly, resourceful and hit the ground running<\/li>\n<li>Proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding set targets and familiarity with goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment<\/li>\n<li>A good team player, self-motivated, result-oriented, mature, and aggressive with a good sense of marketing<\/li>\n<li>Capable of driving projects independently and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analysis skills and able to make sound business decisions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management, time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/arcapayments.orangehrmlive.com\/recruitmentApply\/applyVacancyAdvanced\/id\/47\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>9th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arca Payments is a payment service provider that aims at empowering banks, financial institutions, developers &amp;
