Real Estate and Properties<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajah, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client needs a goal-driven Business Development Manager (Real Estate \/ Properties), capable of driving the business towards achieving the targeted bottom line<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should live around Ajah and its environs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies, evaluates and pursues potential key sales prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Real estate sales; ensures marketing, analysis, due diligence, and legal documentation.<\/li>\n<li>High level engagement with management team as regards business research, strategy, analysis and development.<\/li>\n<li>Development of annual sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the achievement and completion of monthly targets.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.<\/li>\n<li>Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Protects organization&#8217;s value by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Build referral and lead generation network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience &amp; General Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field of study<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of Business Development \/ Sales experience in the real estate industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong client relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.<\/li>\n<li>Market research experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work as a part of a team and independently.<\/li>\n<li>Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and will be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp;
