{"id":145275,"date":"2021-03-31T08:40:22","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T07:40:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=145275"},"modified":"2021-03-31T12:16:03","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T11:16:03","slug":"madas-finance-recent-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/madas-finance-recent-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Madas Finance Recent Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Madas Finance &#8211; Our client, a leading Financial Service company in Nigeria seeks to massively recruit competent and well experienced individuals to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Personal Lending Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Oshodi, Mushin, Yaba, Oyingbo, Ikorodu, Island, Ojota, Ketu,Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the current customer base to identify potential businessopportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate timelines and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions<\/li>\n<li>Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of an OND in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well<\/li>\n<li>1-5 years&#8217; experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be an intermediate level user of Microsoft office suite {Word, Excel and PowerPoint}<\/li>\n<li>Must have passion for marketing and Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Must live around specified location<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to manage clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Competency:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking skills, analytical<\/li>\n<li>Creatively-minded, good at thinking \u2018outside the box\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Skills of persuasion<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and\/or stakeholders and build business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Must be available full time<\/li>\n<li>Proactive<\/li>\n<li>People and customer management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 monthly.
