We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Corporate Lease Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Corporate lease executive will build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients to get quality risk assets being Corporate Loans, operating and finance leases.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company\u2019s positive image.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you\u2019ll maintain strong relationships with the company\u2019s clients to boost our brand and profits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate High-Quality Risk Assets<\/li>\n<li>Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships<\/li>\n<li>Resolve clients complaints quickly and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Understand clients\u2019 needs and develop plans to address them<\/li>\n<li>Promote excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts<\/li>\n<li>Approach potential clients to establish relationships<\/li>\n<li>Gain solid knowledge of competitors to build new profitable products<\/li>\n<li>Building positive relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities for greater profits<\/li>\n<li>Intuitive to customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly<\/li>\n<li>Attentive to detail and organized<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage other assigned tasks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports as at when due or assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Other activities assigned by the head of the unit for better team productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ BA in Business Administration or similar field with at least 3 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Sales and Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer management practice<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Risk Assets creation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leasing<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for fostering positive relationships<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and good work ethics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:sales.careers@conceptgroup-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sales.careers@conceptgroup-ng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Corporate Lease Executive (Abuja)&#8221; as subject of the e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rosabon Financial Services\u00a0 &#8211; Award winning Rosabon Financial Services is a member of the Concept Group.
