{"id":145491,"date":"2021-04-06T08:40:22","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T07:40:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=145491"},"modified":"2021-04-06T21:21:07","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T20:21:07","slug":"vincintoire-limited-recent-job-recuitment-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/vincintoire-limited-recent-job-recuitment-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Vincintoire Limited Recent Job Recuitment &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vincintoire Limited &#8211; Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is urgently recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Procurement Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Ogudu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate should be organized, focused and detailed oriented team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitates the accountability processes involved in managing receiving area personnel, workflow, pharmacy inventory, and the dynamic needs of all applicable pharmacy stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for purchasing and the \u201cin-stock\u201d levels within the agreed inventory parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase inventory within the agreed budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately alert the Inventory Manager and Pharmacy Manager when a budget is exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns \/ credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers \/ Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and the Electronic Ordering Systems.<\/li>\n<li>Observe the correct buying protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Observe correct stock receiving protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all necessary stock takes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock.
