We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assign, supervise and participate in major and minor mechanical repairs on buses and other light motorized equipment; diagnose diesel internal combustion engine maintenance problems.<\/li>\n<li>Determine priority of work orders and their assignment to personnel; plan, organize and schedule work flow of employees as assigned; advise and assist assigned personnel; assure timely completion of work.<\/li>\n<li>Archive records and reports on vehicle maintenance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-service training programs for employees with equipment suppliers for new techniques in mechanical repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the selection of new Technicians; train, supervise and evaluate assigned Technicians; recommend disciplinary action or promotion as appropriate; review completed work and provide feedback as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate requisition for required and authentic materials and equipment used in repairing and servicing of our vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor tools, maintenance equipment and general maintenance safety practices.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose malfunctions of available vehicles types and vehicle equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and report Maintenance data to increase business operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND from an accredited tertiary institution.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CMILT, PMP, CPIM) will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@thegiggroupng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@thegiggroupng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline: <\/b>17th April, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>God is Good Motors (GIGM) &#8211; Incorporated in 1998, we have, through strategic initiatives, revolutionized land transportation in Nigeria.
