We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abule Egba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working together with key participants to compile the budget.<\/li>\n<li>Spearheading strategies to steer the company\u2019s future in a positive direction.<\/li>\n<li>Driving the company\u2019s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting, and bank processes.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.<\/li>\n<li>Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.<\/li>\n<li>Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Sales, oil &amp; gas Finance,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ HND \/ OND<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 10 &#8211; 15 years<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with the knowledge of oil &amp; gas downstream operations<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in oil and gas operations downstream section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hradvertizer@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hradvertizer@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ama-Zuma Group was established on the basis integrity and commitment to excellence.
