We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>General Accounting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the petty cash system and manage petty cash disbursement.<\/li>\n<li>Process journals for the Senior Accountant\u2019s review and authorization and enter same into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements with bank ledgers and produce bank reconciliation statements at the end of the month or as the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>File all vouchers, journals, and accounting documents in the appropriate folders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Senior Accountant in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of the accounting and internal control system.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Senior Accountant in budget input and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Senior Accountant in the production of financial and other reports in accordance with published timetables.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other accounting tasks as may be assigned by the Senior Accountant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Receivables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a cheque log for all cheques received.<\/li>\n<li>Send out invoices to customers on a monthly basis and also ensure cash collections of all invoices sent out<\/li>\n<li>Issue receipts for cheques and cash received.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Receivables Accountant to ensure that cheques received are matched with appropriate invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Identify all direct credits in the bank accounts and raise vouchers to record and enter them in the accounting system, subject to the Senior Accountant\u2019s review and authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Process receipts vouchers to record all cash and cheques received for Senior Accountant\u2019s review and enter same in the general ledger accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the in producing the monthly receivables report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s degree with 2 &#8211; 3 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ivlv.me\/dnjxJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>21st April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CreditRegistry &#8211; CR Services (Credit Bureau) Plc \u201cCreditRegistry\u201d, is the pioneer and leading credit bureau operator in Nigeria.
