We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Postal Code:<\/strong> 100001<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Financial Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a strategist leader to steer the company to the most profitable direction while implementing its vision, mission and long term goal.<\/li>\n<li>Direct and oversees the activities of the company, responsible for the management of that entity&#8217;s resources as well the activities of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions<\/li>\n<li>Recognize central capabilities and illuminate operative objectives<\/li>\n<li>Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximises core strengths<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Assess costs and rewards against the budget for the long term<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the market changes and forces that influence the company<\/li>\n<li>Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration or related field.
