We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Sales \/ Business Development<br \/>\n<strong>Product Segment:<\/strong> Equipment&#8217;s, Machines, and Services<br \/>\n<strong>Functionally Reports to:<\/strong> Sales Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Administratively Reports to:<\/strong> Operations Director<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day to Day Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To make regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.<\/li>\n<li>To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.<\/li>\n<li>To drive Sales Numbers in accordance with the company\u2019s goals \/ strategies for the above segment.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate for service support to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Identify \/ locate the key potential customers (industries \/ factories) &amp; the Key Catering Contractors that fit into this strategy to promote our products and applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Growth Targets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region\/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.<\/li>\n<li>To develop dealer network in each state as per assigned territory\/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Relationship:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers\/sales head to organize various business meets\/seminars to boost customer intimacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Related Assignment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Well exposed to B2B Sales.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum experience of 4 &#8211; 5 years selling similar products (FMCG).<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria\/West Africa.<\/li>\n<li>As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria\/West Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in Word Format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:account@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>account@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
