We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Company recognize that a good Chef is critical to its success, hence the reason it seeks to recruit a highly experienced and good master Chef for the Bar and Lounge. The Chef will be versed in the production of different dishes ranging from Continental dishes, Oriental dishes, African dishes etc., in order to ensure customer\u2019s satisfaction and exceed their expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Chef would be responsible for the production of all the food coming out of the kitchen while ensuring that food safety regulations are properly observed. The Master Chef would also be responsible for creating new food entrees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare varieties of high quality dishes ranging from Continental dishes, Oriental dishes, African dishes, etc. and ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates creativity in food production and designing an excellent menu to aid customer\u2019s appreciation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and oversee sanitation practices to ensure that regulations and standards of cleanliness are always being strictly adhered to by employees.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze recipes and make menu changes when necessary to keep customers happy and to minimize overhead costs when possible.<\/li>\n<li>Establish production and staff schedules to ensure that there is sufficient help at all times to ensure timely delivery of food services.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all food purchasing, budgeting and planning operations with other staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Exceed customer\u2019s expectation by delivering service in a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating way<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for training new kitchen staff and ensure a smooth running of activities in the kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Determine when additional help is needed and effectively communicate to the Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years working experience as a Chef in a Hospitality Industry.<\/li>\n<li>HND or B.Sc. in any food related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of food-related curriculum, food preparation regulations and standard.<\/li>\n<li>Possess at least an Advanced Diploma degree from a reputable culinary school.<\/li>\n<li>Highly versed with menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of raw materials, quality control and other techniques for the effective creation and distribution of food products.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have a good command of English Language.<\/li>\n<li>Clean, smart and presentable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Curriculum Vitae to:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@dunnandbraxton.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@dunnandbraxton.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Application<\/b><strong> Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dunn and Braxton &#8211; Our client is an exquisite Bar and Lounge located in Lagos (Lekki) offering spectacular cuisine dishes complimented by uptempo lounge music which makes it ideal for&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2846],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Dunn and Braxton Recent Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
