We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Niger<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pad-Up Creations Limited is an award winning company producing Nigeria&#8217;s first certified washable and reusable sanitary pads distributed across 16 African countries. We are implementing 2 different ptojects that requires empowering Nigerian youth between the ages of 18 &#8211; 35 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Program Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure implementation of program strategies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate departmental teams in achieving program targets<\/li>\n<li>Strongly articulate the activities of Pad-Up Creations Limited to make persuasive presentations to external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and expert advice on implementation of new or emerging service delivery initiatives\/services, including youth-friendly services<\/li>\n<li>Research funding opportunities and leverage CSR and\/or workplace giving objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide progress reports on project activities to country leadership<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and represent Pad-Up Creations Limited to external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight to programs and support staff<\/li>\n<li>Special projects as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Monitoring &amp; Evaluation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen monitoring and evaluation procedures<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate current organization activities to be captured \/ presented by the M &amp; E team<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results in sales, marketing and programs<\/li>\n<li>Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the Pad-Up Creations Limited operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong and polished interpersonal &amp; presentation skills; written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, accessible, and engaging way<\/li>\n<li>Strong network and networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sexual and reproductive health<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the planning and execution of largescale projects, including activities planning<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills<\/li>\n<li>4 years+ experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@padupcreations.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@padupcreations.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th April, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis; candidates are strongly encouraged to apply at the earliest.<\/li>\n<li>Pad-Up Creations Limited is an equal opportunities employer<\/li>\n<li>Our organization is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of girls\/women and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and post holders to share this commitment.<\/li>\n<li>We seek people who are pro-choice, energetic and enthusiastic about Pad-Up Creations Limited vision<\/li>\n<li>It is desirable for overseas candidates need to hold a valid Niger and Benin republic work permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pad-Up Creations is the leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary pads in Africa.
