We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Operations Support (NYSC)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire a smart and resourceful individual for the role of Business Operations Support, who will be responsible for identifying ways to further improve productivity and optimise our internal business processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do you need to do to be considered successful?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for championing the internal review and optimisation of our business processes through gap analysis, data collection, and gathering documentation. You will also be responsible for:\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with all GHIS&#8217; teams and analysing cross-team communication and internal processes for efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and conducting preliminary (standard\/quality control) reviews of proposals, briefs, reports, wikis, processes and other forms of documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Collation and analysis of client reports, reporting, meeting notes and updates, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Providing insights and recommendations for business decision-making through the analysis of data from clients, GHIS touchpoints and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Providing project support through pipelining and day-to-day project\/program management and change management.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the strategic planning, preparation, reconciliation and monitoring of project-specific plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the team with developing and maintaining a digital workspace and database\u2014fostering routine digitally archiving activities and driving the use of an appropriate filing methodology, in compliance with Nigerian Data Protection Regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Periodically carrying out research on e-health industry trends, prospective clients and various tools\u2014for the optimisation of GHIS business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting in the review of GHIS sales and financial analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Creating thought-leadership pieces and championing internal knowledge-management transfer processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The biggest problem solving duties on the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with internal stakeholders and consistently providing recommendations, analysis and documentation for GHIS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat are the required skills and competencies for this role?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field (2:1 and above).<\/li>\n<li>2021 NYSC (Batch A Stream I\/II) Corps Member serving in Lagos State.<\/li>\n<li>Previous track record of leadership and extracurricular engagements.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter that can work independently and be responsible for self-learning.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent research, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail; good with numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Do You Stand to Gain:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration (\u20a635,000.00\/month basic)<\/li>\n<li>Complementary &#8211; monetary and non-monetary &#8211; allowances<\/li>\n<li>Fully remote work option<\/li>\n<li>Work with a brilliant and diverse team<\/li>\n<li>Enabling environment for personal and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.notion.so\/Business-Operations-Support-3f9637cf9c6b4d1f877e73ad156d3374\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th May, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GeneSys Health information Systems Limited (GHIS) is an e-Health company committed to mitigating the gaping issues in the healthcare sector through innovative tech.
