We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Delivery Experience Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Officer Level<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Operations Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position is designed to provide a full line of driving safety and compliance related education and training services to Delivery Associates in support of the goals and objectives of Konga Food.<\/li>\n<li>Provide practical and theory based rider training and development to enhance individual risk awareness and riding skills, and promote the benefits of a positive rider attitude to reduce driver risk.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information on trainee performance and driving development needs<\/li>\n<li>Develop a good working knowledge of Quality Assurance process including course evaluation to enable the team to meet all objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Track all fleet incident report relating customer delivery experience and satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Supervision\u00a0 and reporting of fleet condition and maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on Safety &amp; Compliance experience in the Transportation industry an asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the provision of light riding coaching and development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent training skills,<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office &#8211; Excel, Word skills is must<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified applicants should send CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@konga.com\"><strong>careers@konga.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject matter captured as \u201cDelivery Experience Associate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th May, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Konga &#8211; We are Nigeria\u2019s largest online mall and have been in operation for over 7 years.
