We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Administrative Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Taking notes and minutes in meetings<\/li>\n<li>Ordering and taking stock of office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff<\/li>\n<li>Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members<\/li>\n<li>Finding ways to improve administrative processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc. in any relevant field of study.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates around Oshodi, Anthony, Maryland, Gbagada and Bariga will be most preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: <\/strong>N45,000 to N55,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@mastermindshrsg.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@mastermindshrsg.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MasterMindsHRSG is a member company of the Human Resources Solutions Group (HRSG).
