We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Graduate Finance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Finance Officer will be primarily responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory\/accounts reconciliation etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts receivables and payables.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with debtors for payment, reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes through physical visits, phone calls, e-mails etc. Participate in periodic stock-taking<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial book keeping of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Day to day processing of invoices, recording of payment and tracking of expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial statements (management accounts) are prepared, organized and maintained at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of ERP software<\/li>\n<li>Manage all accounting transactions; examining all expenses submitted by employees, examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND \/ B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field<\/li>\n<li>0 to 2 years\u2019 experience as a Finance Officer.<\/li>\n<li>ATS is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid knowledge of IT analytics tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with strong spreadsheets skills (MS Excel etc)<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Investigative and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of integrity is required<\/li>\n<li>Resident within Lekki \/ Ajah axis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:admin@inventallianceco.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admin@inventallianceco.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Applicants must be resident within Lekki \/ Ajah axis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized on creation of multi sector and multi discipline business platform with specialist partnerships for value co-creation in each of the different business segments&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Invent Alliance Limited Available Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
