We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Agile Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure with the delivery of assigned IT projects and programs, within specified criteria of time, scope, cost and quality using agile methodology<\/li>\n<li>Handle project support functions<\/li>\n<li>Track the progress of the projects and develop reports on progress, milestones and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with System Integrators to deliver work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functions and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the delivery of assigned project work packages, escalating issues that are beyond set tolerances to the Team Lead, IT Projects and programs for resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Document project business cases in conjunction with Project Owners<\/li>\n<li>Help with the development of quality assurance test plans and participate in testing.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Program Delivery and Program Manager<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all IT Planning and policy development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the resolution of any issues encountered.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with quality management for solutions deployment and day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n<li>Help with the production of periodic project reports.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate end users training before delivery of solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 &#8211; 6 years&#8217; working experience as a project manager, preferably in a financial institution<\/li>\n<li>Experience with iterative development project delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certification(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications including ITIL, PMI Certified Associate in Project Management, CBAP, Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and Prince2 Foundation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\/Competence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to use initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Project Planning and Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding of change management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the financial services industry and the need for periodically embarking on IT enabled business change projects.<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of package implementation of integrated systems<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of contract management, budget, and cost management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)<\/li>\n<li>Organization and coordination skills<\/li>\n<li>Performance management<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-Management<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good oral &amp; written communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessbankplc.com\/pages\/Careers\/Opportunities-(1)\/Agile-Project-Manager.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Access Bank Plc is a financial institution with presence in 9 countries in Africa and the United Kingdom and in all major cities in Nigeria.
