They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Research Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the executive research team\u00a0<strong>|\u00a0<\/strong>Inspire confidence and motivate the team<strong>|<\/strong>\u00a0Train and develop quality research skill<strong>|<\/strong>\u00a0Improve profitability of projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Deliverables:<\/strong><br \/>\nFinancial Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for achievement of annual targets and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proposal Success:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate proposals for local and international projects<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for overall quality of proposals\/pitches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively work with team to ensure process improvement to benefit clients and the business<\/li>\n<li>Obtain brief from client to ensure full understanding of nature of project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and strengthen client \u2013agency relationship<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be a full consultant to client in terms of their category and brands<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise research projects. This includes drawing up a realistic timeline, completing all the necessary administrative procedures and liaises with service departments to ensure process is effectively executed. This includes briefing the relevant service departments, oversee that timelines are adhered to and regular feedback is obtained. (Service departments include project coordinators, sampling, translations, field workers, and telephonic interviewers and DP)<\/li>\n<li>Service clients and interact independently with clients on an ongoing basis.
