We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive &#8211; Building Materials<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales.<\/li>\n<li>In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research on rival products.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining client relations.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and presenting sales performance reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive in Building Materials \u2013PP\/PET-Strap\/Nylon Ropes\/Roofing Sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>High-level communication and networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for sales.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Have extensive market knowledge and good distribution understanding.<\/li>\n<li>Good project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th May, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
