We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT) &amp; Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.<\/li>\n<li>To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess B.Sc.
