We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk \/ Social Media Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Front Desk:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for admitting guest and customers<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for taking and receiving customers phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for sorting correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client\u2019s inquiries and complains<\/li>\n<li>Collating and ordering companies supplies<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized all time<\/li>\n<li>Updating company\u2019s documents and files and ensuring mistakes are looked into<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating meeting schedules for the company<\/li>\n<li>Making customer&#8217;s order shipping plans<\/li>\n<li>Providing operational support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization\u2019s brand and social media strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Canva, etc;<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with clients and dealing with clients\u2019 inquiries;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and introducing proposals to clients about our various products and services;<\/li>\n<li>Developing new social media strategies and campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with colleagues from across departments to ensure branding is consistent;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Business Administration or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years proven experiences as front desk representative agent\/social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><br \/>\nKey Skills and Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Skills<\/li>\n<li>Human Management.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Industry Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Strategic perspective<\/li>\n<li>People Management<\/li>\n<li>Project Cost and Budget Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Business acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N50,000 &#8211; N70,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:aleshinloye.anu@dezigntees.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>aleshinloye.anu@dezigntees.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dezigntees Nigeria is an online clothing design and prints company that provides customers with free design templates to edit and shop from.
