They are poised to open several branches in Abuja within the year and are looking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming items<\/li>\n<li>Welcome delivery trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and track shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise.<\/li>\n<li>Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times<\/li>\n<li>Tag and label merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.<\/li>\n<li>Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all orders for shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.<\/li>\n<li>Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift)<\/li>\n<li>Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any field with 2 &#8211; 4 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for 4 years<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs<\/li>\n<li>Great physical stamina and manual dexterity<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in PDF to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:valuemartjobs@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">valuemartjobs@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th June, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eden Solutions &amp; Resources Limited &#8211; Our client is a large Supermarket chain that recently opened in Abuja.
