Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Accounts Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Enugu<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Accounts Admin Officer will be responsible for all financial, and related administrative matters of the office; reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts as well as general office administration duties.<\/li>\n<li>The Accounts Admin will report to, and work closely with the Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and control.<\/li>\n<li>Effective financial reporting for the office in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.<\/li>\n<li>General office administration duties.<\/li>\n<li>Processing monthly payroll (ROI, Commissions &amp; NI).<\/li>\n<li>Management and preparation of monthly cash-flow projections.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of quarterly management accounts for the office, to include P&amp;L \/ Balance Sheet and analysis of variances.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of annual accounts to trial balance stage, and liaising with external auditor.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of annual budgets for submission to Head office<\/li>\n<li>Management of Accounts Payable &amp; Accounts Receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with banks for all finance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to government taxes and revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments<\/li>\n<li>Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The candidates should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess an OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Have minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in either industry or practice; or be able to demonstrate substantial experience in an existing similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Have hands-on experience in Quick Books or any accounting software experience is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection experience<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)<\/li>\n<li>Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><br \/>\nBenefits for candidates include but not
