We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Program &amp; Administrative Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with planning and overseeing programs and events<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, reports and other technical documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist in overseeing the organization and program budget<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in fundraising activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct program and fundraising researches<\/li>\n<li>Create a newsletter and other bulk correspondence to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Handle clerical tasks including copying, scanning, printing<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and make orders as needed<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain program databases<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that paper and computer files are accurate, complete and current<\/li>\n<li>Place and answer telephone calls<\/li>\n<li>Review all incoming correspondence; identify urgent matters, and ensure that all correspondence is handled expeditiously<\/li>\n<li>Prepare other routine correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organization and project calendar and monitor deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Send out reminders of impending meetings<\/li>\n<li>Attend and take minutes at board meetings<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC SKILLS<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication, writing and editorials skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Exhibits ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial and creative<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer and web-based information technologies<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about producing quality work<\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary \/ Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Starting salary for this position will be commensurate with the appointee\u2019s background and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates\u00a0should please send their resumes and cover letter indicating salary requirements to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:oaualumini@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>oaualumini@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st\u00a0May, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Philanthropy &amp; Social Development Services (PSDS) is a consultancy practice that specializes in providing advisory and administrative support to non-profit and business organizations; including private and public corporations.
