We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Debt Recovery Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Position Level:<\/strong> Entry &#8211; Level \/ Internships<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking to recruit smart, agile and performance-driven people to join our family of superstars for Tele-Collection in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out and acts as the liaison between creditors and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Able to hit set target by collecting overdue loans in an ethical and customer-centric manner.<\/li>\n<li>Follows-up on delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven to consistently hit and surpass weekly\/monthly targets individually and as a team.<\/li>\n<li>Able to give accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughly understands the assigned product and is persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>1 to 2 years experience in Tele-Collections services is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local or international language.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses a value to perform any task in the most ethical way.<\/li>\n<li>Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and use of basic Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and strong goal orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Active Listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Persuasiveness and sales\/marketing skills will be great to have.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base Pay<\/li>\n<li>Variable Pay &amp; Incentives (based on target).<\/li>\n<li>HMO and Pension.<\/li>\n<li>Lunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@mwanga.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@mwanga.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th June, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mwanga is tech-driven debt recovery and customer support outsourcing company with a vision to be the leading extension to global teams in Africa.
