We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Manager<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head of Sales in a Forex Brokerage Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the overall Sales Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Set Targets for each account manager in terms of activation of new clients, retention of existing clients, partnership acquisitions, and the overall conversion rate.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the daily sales operations closely and provide guidance and practical advice to account managers in order to enhance their performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new sales tactics to approach each client segment properly.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities that may arise during the normal course of sales operations and seize them in a professional and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Create sales and progress reports for senior executives.<\/li>\n<li>Follow market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely.<\/li>\n<li>In all internal and external communications, present a professional and positive image of the department and the company as well as maintaining constructive relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Take all responsible steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality and eliminate any conflict of interest.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop new sales strategies and convert them into profitable new business and assist with other sales and marketing activity such as trade shows and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Marketing Department on sales promotions and lead acquisition.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake other such duties, training and\/or hours of work as may be reasonable required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in dealing with partners to increase sales revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Report any misconduct, suggest appraisals, or penalties to HR in timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting directly to CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Traveling maybe required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Key Skills \/ Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to degree level in Business \/ Economics \/ Finance or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive, proven Sales &amp; Business Development experience within the FX sector not less than 3 &#8211; 4 years.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership and managerial skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English; any other language\/s will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Well-presented, capable to work under pressure and efficient to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary to be determined based on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ceo@actmarkets.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ceo@actmarkets.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ojikod@actmarkets.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ojikod@actmarkets.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>2nd June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Also due to the high volumes of applications received, only shortlisted applicants will be responded to.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACT Brokers is an investment service company in Abuja.
