We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HVAC Design \/ Sales Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Draft new plans to design ductwork and piping systems.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate ventilation requirements based on the types of systems needed.<\/li>\n<li>Determine costs for heating and cooling systems and write up detailed budget estimates.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and collaborate with architects and engineers when designing heating and cooling systems.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all building codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HVAC basis of design, HVAC design philosophy, HVAC equipment layout, cooling and heating load calculations<\/li>\n<li>Read and interprets construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzed all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HVAC equipment technical specification document with general arrangement drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewed specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other project documents.<\/li>\n<li>Interprets blueprints of the building and designing of HVAC systems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all metal duct components and install all HVAC systems<\/li>\n<li>Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations on same<\/li>\n<li>Manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and provide resolutions for all emergency alarm in systems and perform repair to all ventilating and air conditioning units.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain dehumidification systems and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians.<\/li>\n<li>Design and provide enhancements to all conservation programs for electricity and natural.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.<\/li>\n<li>Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all log books, manage all change processes and resolve all issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have engineering background (BEng. or BTech)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 proven years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have air condition &#8211; chillers engineer commercial AC experience<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in MS Word format to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>13th July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
