We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Brand Manager, Dairies &amp; Beverages<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To plan, direct and coordinate marketing activities towards achieving AE targets, long term growth, brand profitability and customers&#8217; satisfaction of UFL Dairies &amp; Beverages brand&#8217;s portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You Will Be Accountable For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and implementing agreed brand strategies in accordance with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Executing communication, advertising, packaging and other marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, organizing and monitoring promotion activities to achieve AE targets.<\/li>\n<li>Collating and analyzing market data and maintain all sales statistics relating to the brand in conjunction with Consumer Insights Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring market trends,\u00a0competitive activity and develop appropriate tactics to contain competition.<\/li>\n<li>Updating brand history annually, prepare and execute brand activities to achieve company&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the effective utilization of the Snacks brand marketing budget to achieve the set objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating records on marketing expenditure (Advertising and promotions) to ensure that expenditure is kept within agreed budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring optimal brand distribution in the trade channels in conjunction with Sales Team.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing pricing strategies for the category<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends<\/li>\n<li>Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers\u2019 expectations and to build the credibility of brands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The ideal candidate will possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND, MBA \/ MSc would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4\u00a0years FMCG Marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, methodical and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Be a good listener and able to respond to results and consumer research.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and passionate about product specialty<\/li>\n<li>Be a team leader, inspire others and work well with range of people within and outside the business.<\/li>\n<li>Work well under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a CIM or\u00a0NIMN qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@uacfoodsng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@uacfoodsng.com<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UAC Foods Limited is a joint venture business between UACN PLC and Tiger Brands of South Africa operating in the food sector of the economy is a leading producer of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2843],"tags":[3108],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>UAC Foods Limited Recent Job Recruitment - Apply Now!
