The sales executive is responsible for driving external and internal sales activities of freight forwarding products to new and existing customers within Nigeria.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
–\u00a0 Deliver agreed targets of DAMCO\/MLOG business through personal sales engagement and follow up
\n–\u00a0 Secure new customers for all products of Damco Nigeria
\n–\u00a0 Actively drive and manage the pipeline and forecasting opportunities for Damco Nigeria
\n–\u00a0 Grow the existing customer base, focusing on profitability
\n–\u00a0 Manage the selling process, including pricing and contract negotiations
\n–\u00a0 Maintain good knowledge of the customer\u2019s business
\n–\u00a0 Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers
\n–\u00a0 Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction
\n–\u00a0 Create a deep understanding of our products and services and translate same into persuasive proposals.
\n–\u00a0 Visit both existing and potential customers
\n–\u00a0 Work closely with customer service to create SOPs and implement improvements when needed
\n–\u00a0 Follow the guidelines and policies for the sales activities
\n–\u00a0 Live APMM values<\/p>\n
Key Performance Indicators:<\/p>\n
–\u00a0 Growth of CM1 and volumes
\n–\u00a0 Number of sales activities (calls and visits)
\n–\u00a0 New wins (new customers and\/or new opportunities and volumes with existing customers)
\n–\u00a0 Customer Loyalty<\/p>\n
Key skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n The ideal candidate has good communication and persuasion skills.
