We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Registered Nurse \/ Mid-Wife<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikorodu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnosing, monitoring and examining women during pregnancy;<\/li>\n<li>Developing, assessing and evaluating individual programs of care;<\/li>\n<li>Providing full antenatal care, including screening tests in the hospital, community and the home;<\/li>\n<li>Identifying high risk pregnancies and making referrals to doctors and other medical specialists;<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and providing parenting and health education;<\/li>\n<li>Providing counseling and advice before and after screening and tests;<\/li>\n<li>Offering support and advice following events such as miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, neonatal abnormality and neonatal death;<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and assisting mothers in labour, monitoring the condition of the foetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management;<\/li>\n<li>Giving support and advice on the daily care of the baby, including breastfeeding, bathing and making up feeds;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with agencies and other health and social care professionals to ensure continuity of care;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 2-5 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>RN or RM or RNM in Nursing is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@newgatemed.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@newgatemed.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Gate Hospital is a subsidiary of Newgate Medical Services Limited.
