We seek to recruit suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Store Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Store Officer will be responsible for managing all the operations in the storeroom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storeroom<\/li>\n<li>Receive, unload, and shelve supplies<\/li>\n<li>Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and<\/li>\n<li>labeling supplies<\/li>\n<li>Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for<\/li>\n<li>reimbursements and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm<\/li>\n<li>proper stock levels and maintain inventory control<\/li>\n<li>Issuing items and updating bin cards promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation between bin card &amp; ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>Set minimum stock level for all fast-moving items in the store.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records properly and updated.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a good arrangement of the stock in the store.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of non-available items to make request for replenishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or<\/li>\n<li>warehouse environment<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time<\/li>\n<li>Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:jobs@intersectconsortium.com\"><strong>jobs@intersectconsortium.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>2nd June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>Only individuals who have a high expectation of themselves and are driven to work above and beyond are welcome to apply.
