We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at Pearls<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors\/clients to the appropriate officer and or point-of-care<\/li>\n<li>Managelarge amounts of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and professionally<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort and dispatch daily blood samples and ensure delivery<\/li>\n<li>Seize opportunities to upsell the hospital\u2019s services or products and generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointment for doctors and maintain appointment communication with patients<\/li>\n<li>Update databases with patient information<\/li>\n<li>Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost<\/li>\n<li>Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory of files, printing paper etc. and process new order<\/li>\n<li>Deal with all requests to access files, restricted room\u2019s keys, confidential documentsand keep logs\/register of collected items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 1 &#8211; 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\ninterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info.tpsh@gmail.com\"><strong>info.tpsh@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position applied for as the subject of their application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>3rd June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only applicants who meet the requirements will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pearls Specialist Medical Centre &#8211; We are a specialist hospital for maternal and child care with core competencies in fertility management and assisted conception, operating in Lekki, Lagos.
