We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.<\/li>\n<li>Performing requirements analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Performing user acceptance testing.<\/li>\n<li>Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.<\/li>\n<li>Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.<\/li>\n<li>Managing competing resources and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business or related field or an MBA.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent documentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of following through on commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li>A history of leading and supporting successful projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>N130,000 &#8211; N170,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:royaltouchintegratedresources@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>royaltouchintegratedresources@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>14th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Royal Touch Integrated Services Limited, we provide solutions and services (sales and marketing) to Clients (experts in their businesses and industry) to develop and implement their vision.
