The core business is the effective, eco-friendly management of e-waste utilizing cutting-edge technology. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: National Sales Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the direct supervision of the Director of Business Development and\/or the CEO include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting planned sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with business development unit on lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and Ability to work in fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the organization and services.<\/li>\n<li>Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our seevices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business or a related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a sales role in Telecom, Financial Institution and Oil &amp; Gas is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing and directing a sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Dedication to providing great customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead a sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and Ability to work in fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary<\/li>\n<li>Plus performance bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:Careers@eterra.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Careers@eterra.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E-Terra Technologies Limited is the first indigenous electronic waste recycling company in Nigeria.
