We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Construction Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall coordination of the project department and its team members<\/li>\n<li>Provide supervisory oversight on main contractor and scope of work.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs are thoroughly checked and signed off in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality control and conformity of architectural\/construction drawings and other service drawings<\/li>\n<li>Continuous tracking of project requirement and scope changes<\/li>\n<li>Update of action log and closeout outstanding issues within the stipulated time<\/li>\n<li>Liaise directly with consultants to ensure project objectives are met \u2022 Co-ordinate project meetings between consultants and project team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality control across project sites.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct value engineering and provide evidence of cost reduction<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for quality control on all project sites<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for set up and coordination of all green and brownfield project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Post Design Phase Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Scheduling and Monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Provide the first-level interface between project consultants and organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist consultants &amp; Tender committee with the preparation of tender documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and verify project scope<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate scope change requests<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and prepare impact assessments of scope change requests<\/li>\n<li>Organize and facilitate scheduled change control meetings<\/li>\n<li>Communicate outcomes of scope change requests<\/li>\n<li>Report project performance to the EDD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with 10 &#8211; 15 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Careers@flexedge.com.ng\"><strong>Careers@flexedge.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlexEdge Limited is a business support services company driven with the desire to enable, empower and enhance organizations with employable talents for ground breaking results.
