CP operates as a multi-faceted engineering firm with expertise in Engineering, Construction management and technical support services with a presence in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Site Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Maitama, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.<\/li>\n<li>Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a site supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>CPR and first aid certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to interpret blueprints.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:adesuwaotubu@gmail.com\"><strong>adesuwaotubu@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Site Supervisor&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cannon Projects (CP) is an indegenous engineering and construction management firm a wealth of work expertise.
