We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Urban Shelter Limited is recruiting to fill the position of a Front Desk Officer in Lagos to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk.<\/li>\n<li>You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.<\/li>\n<li>Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, organize and forward emails.<\/li>\n<li>Track and order office equipment and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and files.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the office budget.<\/li>\n<li>Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in any relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills (Written &amp; Oral).<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and Time Management Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and Planning Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Proficiency and basic bookkeeping practices.<\/li>\n<li>Must be very smart and proactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV \/ Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@urbanshelternigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@urbanshelternigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Urban Shelter Limited is a property development and management company committed to quality and the timely delivery of projects.
