We assist businesses to drive digital transformation initiatives that will either lead to an increase in sales, reduction in costs, and\/or mitigation of risks.<\/p>\n<p>We do this by working with small and large companies to digitize their business data, provide security around their data, implement automation of their processes (back-end and front end) whilst using data analytics to provide insights that enable business owners gather intelligence from their digitized data to make informed decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers including banking and insurance clients, blue-chip companies as well as notable oil and gas companies in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awaiting NYSC or currently serving corp members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.<\/li>\n<li>Calling potential customers and setting appointments for visits, explain company products, and encourage purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Answering customers&#8217; questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with team members to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.<\/li>\n<li>Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Research and analyze sales options<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new solutions<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports<\/li>\n<li>Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain professional networks<\/li>\n<li>Meet with potential clients to determine their need and prospect potential corporate accounts<\/li>\n<li>Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales experience and track record of achieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.wajesmarthrms.website\/application\/2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th June, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Waje Smart Solutions &#8211; We are a software-based\u00a0information technology systems integrator.
